ONTARIO, CA, January 8, 2004 -- Amsino International, Inc., a leading provider of products worldwide for the health-care industry, announced today that it has signed a three-year, national agreement with Premier, Inc., for Yankauers, Suction Connecting Tubing and Suction Canisters. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Premier is a strategic alliance owned by nearly 200 U.S. hospital and health-care systems. These systems operate or are affiliated with more than 1,500 hospitals and hundreds of other care sites. Premier members buy more than $17 billion of supplies and equipment annually through group purchasing contracts.

Under the dual source award, Premier members may purchase Amsino's products from a variety of distribution partners on a cost plus basis, and this multi-tiered agreement is in effect through January 2007.

Amsino has been in business for ten years, and offers a wide variety of manufactured items in the following categories: Urological Disposables, IV Administration, Enteral Feeding and Irrigation, Respiratory Disposables, General Surgical/Medical and Patient Care Goods.
