Dr. Richard Y. Lee, Founder and CEO of Amsino International, Inc., a leading provider of products worldwide for the health-care industry, has announced two recent promotions. Mr. Lee Waitz was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, and at the same time, Mr. Brad Skipper has been promoted to the position of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, effective January 1, 2004.

"Lee Waitz has been working for Amsino as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing since February 1, 2002. He has over 38 years of medical product sales, sales management, and company general management experience. Since he came on board, the sales of Amsino products have more than doubled. As the Executive Vice President, his responsibilities include, but are not limited to sales and marketing, customer service, and daily operations."

"Brad Skipper has been working for Amsino as the National Sales Manager since June 2003. He has over 12 years of medical product sales and marketing experience, and has done a great job for Amsino, working under the leadership of Mr. Waitz. As a result of Brad's efforts, Amsino was recently awarded two Premier GPO contracts, beginning February 1, 2004.

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, his responsibilities will include OEM, contract manufacturing and overall management of the sales organization."
