Hong Kong, Japan, October 3, 2005 -- Amsino International, Inc., a California-based manufacturer of disposable medical devices-announced today that Amsino Medical Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) has acquired the assets of Deen Pre-filled Syringes Inc. (hereinafter Deen), a Nashville, Tennessee based manufacturer of pre-filled flush syringes. Amsino and its joint venture partner have been working on the acquisition of Deen since early 2005. This is Amsino's first U.S. based manufacturing operation and will be operated under the name Amsino Medical USA. Plans are under way concerning re-validation of the operation, and product is scheduled to be released to the market in October 2005.
