AMSINO INTERNATIONAL INC. ACQUIRES KUNSHAN DEYI PLASTICS CO., LTD.

Shanghai, China, July 6, 2005 -- Amsino Medical Group, a leading global manufacturer of healthcare products, announced today that it has acquired 100% shares of a disposable medical device company based in Kunshan, China - Kunshan Deyi Plastics Co., Ltd. (Amsino Kunshan hereafter).

Amsino Kunshan is a medical injection molding company and has been a reliable supplier for Amsino for over eight years. It is a leading manufacturer of specimen containers, vaginal speculum, medicine cups, ear ulcer syringes, mucus traps, forceps, umbilical clamps, towel clamps, surgical scrub brushes, denture cups, and many other medical products and components, with a large scale injection molding operations, clean rooms, form fill packaging and sterilization capabilities. The total area of the land exceeds 430,000 square feet, of which only 100,000 square feet has been utilized.

While continuing to manufacture and offer all the current products, Amsino is planning to build additional facilities to turn this plant into a world-class medical device manufacturing operations. Amsino will break the ground in 4th quarter 2005 to construct a modern sterilization center with six ETO chambers, pre-conditioning rooms, aeration rooms, utilizing the steam supply provided by the local government. In March 2006, Amsino will start the construction of a 200,000 square feet, two-story building that will consist of administrative offices, a full function testing laboratory, Class 100,000 clean rooms to house state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, a Research and Development (R&D) center, and a distribution warehouse for its worldwide logistic operations.

I believe the acquisition laid a solid foundation for Amsino's long term growth."
