Pomona, California, April 10, 2006 – Dr. Richard Y. Lee – Founder, President, and CEO of Amsino International, Inc., a California-based manufacturer of disposable medical devices – is pleased to announce that Dr. Lee Pan, Group Vice President of R&D and Engineering, is appointed as the President of Amsino Medical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., located in the Songjiang Export Processing Zone in Shanghai, China.

Dr. Pan will be leading the Songjiang plant team to start up several important projects and bring the plant up to a first-class manufacturing site in China. In his new position in SJ plant, he will report to Jeffrey Huang, COO of Amsino Medical Group. In his R&D responsibility, he will continue reporting to Dr. Richard Lee

This additional responsibility is effective on April 10, 2006, and all related plant managers will report to Dr. Lee Pan directly.
