Pomona, California, February, 2006 – Amsino International, a leading global manufacturer of disposable medical devices, announced that it had acquired Mission Medical Devices, Inc.

Mission Medical Devices, Inc. is a developer of disposable “Needle Safe” medical products which include a Positive Displacement Needleless Connector (Valve). The addition of the MMD technology will increase Amsino International, Inc. core products in the I.V Infusion product arena.

The acquisition will benefit both parties and further position Amsino as an innovator and supplier of products to a global healthcare market.

Amsino International, Inc. is a privately-held corporation with manufacturing and distribution facilities in the US and in Asia. Amsino products are mostly designed and developed in the US, manufactured and assembled in its China plants, and distributed in the United States as well as 30 countries worldwide.
