Chester Chai Appointed Director of Program Management at Contract Manufacturing

Shanghai, April 20, 2009 — Amsino Medical Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Chester Chai is appointed as Director of Program Management at Contract Manufacturing Business Unit of Amsino Medical Group Company Limited.

He will be reporting to the President of Contract Manufacturing Business Unit. He will be located in Chicago and will interface with all customers of Contract Manufacturing Business Unit and support the execution of Contract Manufacturing new programs. He will work with our customers and our China Plant Program manager. He will also support the President and the Vice President of Contract Manufacturing Business Unit with analysis of new Contract Manufacturing opportunities.

Chester got his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, MS in Accounting from University of Colorado at Boulder, and MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

He has 13 years working experience in US with various roles such as finance reporting, budgeting and planning, program management, corporate consolidation, manufacturing cost accounting, sales contract support and business development transactions support. He is also a CPA.

Most resent he worked 5 years with Hospira supporting business development and doing deal analysis, strategic planning and monitored competitors performance. Prior to that, he worked at Baxter (5 years) in various positions like program management position and financial analyst.
