Gang Chen Appointed Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs

Shanghai, April 20, 2009 — Amsino Medical Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Gang Chen is appointed as VP of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Amsino Medical Group Company Limited.

Mr. Gang Chen manages corporate quality assurance operations since 2003. Before joining Amsino, he worked for Unilever (China) in the quality management area for six years.  

Mr. Chen currently also serves as Chairman of Corporate Sterilization Committee, Chairman of Quality Council, and supervisor of Amsino Healthcare (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Shanghai Amsino Medical Device Co., Ltd, which are subsidiaries of Amsino Medical Group.

Mr. Chen received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biochemical Engineering from East China University of Science & Technology, and Master of Business Administration degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China. 
 
Mr. Chen is a registered China Quality Engineer. He is also a member of ISO/TC 76.
