Charles Chen Appointed as General Manager of Amsino Kunshan Plant
Mr. Charles Chen will be appointed as General Manager of Amsino Medical (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. effective July 1st, 2010. Mr. Charles Chen will report to Mr. Torsten Nilson, President of Contract Manufacturing BU of Amsino Medical Group.
Mr. Charles Chen has been managing Hydron Contact Lens Co., Ltd as a plant director since 2007 and Abbot medical device plant in Hang Zhou for almost 10 years. He was graduated from Tianjin University as majority in Chemical Engineering in 1988 and continues to pursue an MBA in Zhejiang University.

Kevin Tang Appointed as Senior Vice President of Operations
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Kevin Tang will be appointed as Senior Vice President of Operations with Amsino Medical Group effective August 1st, 2010. He will report to Mr. Torsten Nilson, President of Contract Manufacturing BU of Amsino Medical Group. Mr. Kevin Tang will be responsible for all Amsino manufacturing plants and supply chain management. VP of Supply Chain Management and all General Managers will report to him.

Amsino ‘s IV Administration Set Cleared by FDA
Shanghai, March 15, 2010 – Amsino Medical Group has recently received a new 510 (k) approval (K093773) by US FDA, clearing Amsino’s IV Administration Sets including AMSafe 3 IV Sets for marketing and commercial distribution in the United States.
“This approval allows Amsino to offer a complete IV Administration product portfolio so that we can better service our customers in the U.S.”, said Gang Chen, Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs of Amsino Medical Group.

Chester Chai Promoted Vice President of Finance
Shanghai, Jan 04, 2010 — Amsino Medical Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Chester Chai is promoted as Vice President of Finance at Amsino Medical Group Company Limited.
Chester received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, MS in Accounting from University of Colorado at Boulder, and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Chester is also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

Amsino Receives SFDA Clearance for Amsino IV Administration Set
Amsino Medical Group has recently received the registration certificate (SFDA 3660303 2009) for Amsino IV Administration Sets issued by State Food and Drug Administration. The certificate will enable Amsino to manufacture and distribute Amsino IV Administration Sets in China.
